FAQs

  • This challenge is suitable for beginners and Advanced Individuals. Everyone is welcome!!

  • There is an option for a Home or Gym Workout plan.

    If you are opting to exercise at home you will need:
    -At least 1 set of Dumbbells. If you have the means x1 lighter Dumbbell set and x1 heavier Dumbbell set would be ideal

    -1 booty band

    -1 long loop resistance band

  • -Option of a 3-4 Day Home or Gym Group Training plan

    -App access with your training plan and exercise video tutorials

    -App access to track your progress (progress photos, bodyweight ect)

    -Nutrition Targets to suit your goal

    -Nutrition Education and support to hit your nutrition targets

    -Training and Nutrition Guide for Education and Guidance

    -App chat to ask your coach questions

    -Group chat with all other challenge participates for extra connection, fun and accountability

    -Weekly tasks and challenges posted to the group chat

    -Regular Pre recorded Mindset Trainings that will help you adopt the mindset needed to achieve and sustain your goals

  • The overarching goal of the challenge is to Transform your life in the areas of Fitness, Nutrition and Mindset so that you can show up as your best self every single day!

    In terms of body composition, when you are signing up for the challenge you will fill out a questionnaire which will get to the bottom of exactly what you want to achieve and whether or not you want to lose body fat, maintain your current weight, or focus on building muscle. From there your nutrition targets will be set accordingly so that you can achieve your body composition goal.

  • If you have gained your 6 week clearance then you are fine to participate in the challenge.

    All mums will be required to fill out an extra postpartum pre exercise questionnaire so that we can make sure the exercises are postpartum safe for your situation.

  • In the challenge you will receive:
    -A group training plan which is not individualised
    -Nutrition education in a group setting
    -A half way check in rather than more frequent check ins
